Why use a shampoo bar?

Shampoo bars offer a low carbon footprint. These solid bars are more lightweight and compact than their bottled counterparts, so they require less space during transport relative to the same amount of washes with liquid shampoo.
They last a lot longer in some cases up to 50-75 washes for short hair.

How often should I wash my hair with a shampoo bar?

If you are ready to start using a shampoo bar for the first time, I suggest you apply this after your shampoo every 2/3 days until your hair has properly transitioned and got used to the ingredients of your new shampoo. Give it time then use as you would a normal liquid shampoo.

Aloe Vera Gel	Aloe vera contains something called proteolytic enzymes that repairs dead skin cells on the scalp. It also acts as a great conditioner and leaves your hair all smooth and shiny. It promotes hair growth, prevents itching on the scalp, reduces dandruff, and conditions your hair.
Vitamin E Oil	When applied topically to your hair, there are several purported benefits of using vitamin E oil: It can stimulate capillary growth in your scalp, in turn, supports hair growth; it prevents breakage and pesky split ends; its antioxidants even boost hair's elasticity and shine.
Coconut Oil	reduces inflammation, keeps skin moisturised, helping heal wounds. The medium-chain fatty acids found in coconut oil also possess antimicrobial properties that can help treat acne and protect the skin from harmful bacteria.
Shea Butter (karité)	deep moisturizing and natural hair protection is also known to help hair growth and as a remedy for dandruff. One of the shea butter uses includes preventing hair from breaking and thinning. It also helps protect the scalp from sores and rashes. – Shea Butter penetrates deep into the skin to help restore elasticity
