MAIN POINTS BEFORE BUYING
* Product Name: SG04 Sintered Disc Brake Pad
Attention: SG04 is 100% compatible with YD-03, both of them are developed for NUTT EH-M238AS 4-Piston Hydraulic Disc Brake, maybe it is compatible for other brake systems too, but I didn't test it on other brakes.
* Actually, for EH-M238AS NUTT 4-Piston brake system, SG04/YD-03/TL-04S/TP-01E(YK-48 SHIMANO Saint M810), all these 4 Kinds of pads are universal, and maybe some other pads are compatible also, but SG04 is the best one.
* Generally, the original pads on your scooter are semi metallic, full metallic/composite ceramic/sintered pads are upgraded models.
* If you ride scooter on rainy days, the worn-out rate of brake pads will be greatly accelerated.
* Installation & adjustment of the brake pads requires high hands-on ability, please watch the video in the description page as a referance or ask for a professional mechanic.
SEMI METALLIC DISC BRAKE PADS
* High quality resin base
* Kevlar synthetic fibers
* Ultrafine metal powder≥30%
* Service life≥3000km(Lab data, the real performance would be shorter)
FULL METALLIC DISC BRAKE PADS
* High copper content base
* Ultrafine powder mixing of Copper, Zinc and Ceramics
* Forming in high temperature and high pressure
* Service life≥8000km (Lab data, the real performance would be shorter)
COMPOSITE CERAMIC DISC BRAKE PADS
* Ultrafine powder mixing of imported Ceramics, Copper and Zinc
* Higher density, better performance and lower worn-out ratio on rainy days
* Less braking noise, lower thermal decay rate and faster heat dissipation
* Service life≥10000km (Lab data, the real performance would be shorter)
SINTERED DISC BRAKE PADS
* Ultrafine powder mixing of imported Copper, Zinc and Kevlar
* Sintered in ultra high temperature and high pressure one by one(over 1000℃)
* Super High density, best performance and lowest worn-out ratio on rainy days
* Less braking noise, lower thermal decay rate and faster heat dissipation
* Service life≥15000km (Lab data, the real performance would be shorter)
