MAIN POINTS BEFORE BUYING
Due to the special cases rightnow, the transportation could be delayed, and
* There are some faster chargers in the market, such as 8A/10A, but they are not trustworthy. they're made by some small factories, cheap parts inside, without strict quality control. I don't think they can pass certificates such as CE/UL even if they painted these logo on the chargers. Furthermore, charging too fast is harmful to battery cells, and for some scooters, electric capacities on BMS chips can't bear large current for a long time. In short I don't suggest you use faster chargers.
* Some sellers claim it's a 4A model, it's not ture. They confused output current with input current. The input current is 4A at AC 110-240V, the output current at DC 67.2V is 3.5A which value is related to the charging time in deed.

* This charger is one of original fast chargers for ZERO and VSETT series. It fits for some 60V models, such as: ZERO10X 60V21Ah, VSETT10+ 60V20.8/25.6/28Ah. CAUTION: It doesn't fit for VSETT 11+ 60V 32.2/42Ah, because the plug model of VSETT 11+ charger is XLR-3 Cannon 3-Pin.
* Besides these scooters I mentioned, this charger is universal for many other electric scooters equipped 60V Li-ion battery pack like Kaabo Mantis10 60V18.2/24.5Ah. Actually XVE supplied almost all the chargers for Kaabo, including standard chargers and fast chargers. As for Inokim and Dualtron and some other brands, the situation is the same, almost all the original standard chargers are made by XVE, only painted different brands.
* NOTICE: Dualtron can't use this charger, such as Dualtron 2/3/Thunder/Ultra, even if they're 60V models and the plug's models are GX16 3-Pin, but they match 66.4V charger, if you charge it with this 67.2V charger, it's high risk for over-charging. In short the key words are "Output Volt 67.2V" and "For Li-ion Battery" and "Pin 1: Anode, Pin2: NULL, Pin3: Cathode".
* If your scooter is not made by our factory, I strongly suggest you check your original charger's lable and plug's shape before your purchasing. If you buy an incompatible charger, it's very dangerous! I will check the charger before I ship it to make sure it works fine, but I don't know anything about your scooter and I can't give you any useful information, obviously I don't know what would happen when you replace them. Of course I won't assume liabilities in this situation.
* Display: XVE logo is the light indicator too. Red light means charging, green light means full charged or disconnected. If your scooter support dual-charging, it's normal that the one charger's light turn green but other one is still red when full-charged is coming.
* Charging Time: The charging speed is fast when the battery is nearly empty, then the charging speed becomes slower and slower when the battery is about to be fully charged. The indicator lamp will change from red to green when the battery is around 95% charged. So if your scooter is 60V21Ah model, it's 10.5 hours for full-charged with one 2A charger in theory, but the real time is 12 hours+.
* If your scooter supports dual-charging, you can use 2 fast chargers, the charging time would be half shorter. For example, you charge a VSETT 60V28Ah, if you use only one 2A charger, you need 15.5 hours, but use one 3.5A charger, around 8.8 hours for full charged, and two 3.5A chargers, just only 4.4 hours! Furthermore. Furthermore, I suggest you use 2 same chargers at same time, do not combine a standard charger with a fast charger.
* Fast charger is bigger because of higher power, stricter regulations, better parts, greater calorific value, so please make sure keep good heat dissipation while charging.
* SAFETY AND EMC REQUIREMENT
ETL(UL), CE, FCC, LVD, PSE, KC, CCC, EMC, ROHS, Hi-Pot, etc.
Maybe there are many cheaper universal chargers on the marcket, but I don't suggest you use them, our chargers passed many strict certificates in the world, I don't think those cheapers did.
* PROTECTION REQUIREMENT
Short Circuit Protection: The power supply will be auto recovered when short circuit faults remove.
Over current Protection: The power supply will be auto recovered when over current faults remove.
Temperature protection point of power supply chip: 125℃
The maximum temperature of the shell: At the ambient temperature of 25℃, full load for 4h, the maximum temperature of outside enclosure is 45℃.
Plastic shell temperature resistance: 120℃ MAX.
* ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMET
Operating Temperature: 0℃ to 40℃, Full load normal operation.
Storage Temperature: -20℃ to 85℃, with shell.
Relative Humidity: 5%(0℃)~90%(40℃)RH, 72Hrs, Full load Normal operating
Altitude: MAX to 5000M
* We are constantly improving our products, and we have many different suppliers to provide parts, so maybe some small details would be slightly different from the photos of description page, it's normal, that means you receive a newest model, this is the official store, I promise to provide the newest improved models, just the description page is not renewed yet!
* The price do not include any customs/taxes/VAT. There is a certain probability that the goods will be checked by the customs, if your package is checked, you need to pay the customs by youself. I don't know the specific customs tariff standard. You need to ask about the customs agency of your country.
* Based on the newest VAT Regulations Implemented in EU countries and Northern Ireland, United Kingdom:
